We primarily ship with Aramex. Some orders may be sent via Australia Post depending on location or PO Box requirements.

Standard delivery: 3–10 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

4. Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier.
