1. What’s in The Dog Shake™, and is it suitable for all dogs?

The Dog Shake™ is made from premium, functional ingredients including organic green banana powder, premium goat milk powder, organic coconut milk powder, vitamin C, vitamin E, rosemary extract, and — with natural flavours added for taste & benefit. It’s suitable for all breeds, ages, and sizes. Simply adjust the serving amount to your dog’s weight.

2. What ingredients are in your Dog Cookies?

Our Dog Cookies are baked with clean, natural and organic ingredients — organic oat flour, organic coconut flour, organic peanut butter, apple sauce, Ceylon cinnamon, selected herbs and Vit C. They’re free from fillers, preservatives, and artificial colours, making them a wholesome treat for dogs of all ages and sizes.

3. How should I store your products?

Store The Dog Shake™ in a cool, dry place with the packaging sealed tightly. No refrigeration is required. Organic Dog Cookies store in the fridge or freezer in a sealed container. All other products please review packaging.

4. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days and shipped via Aramex (or Australia Post for certain locations). Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your region.

5. What is your returns and refunds policy?

We offer 14‑day change‑of‑mind returns on unopened products. You’ll just need to cover return postage. Faulty or incorrect items are fully covered by us under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes — subscriptions are now available. You’ll save 10% on every order, and your dog’s favourite products will arrive on a schedule that suits you. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.

8. How do I become a stockist or wholesale partner?
