1. Change‑of‑Mind Returns
We accept change‑of‑mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Customer pays return postage
- Refund is issued once the item is received and inspected
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or incorrect:
- We will cover return postage
- You may choose a refund or replacement
- This is in line with Australian Consumer Law
3. Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened consumables cannot be returned unless faulty.
