We aim to deliver your order quickly and safely.

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be longer.

We primarily ship with Aramex. Some orders may be sent via Australia Post depending on location or PO Box requirements.

Standard delivery: 3–10 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier.
